Millennium House, Pimlico
Working for a private client, in tandem with the site manager. Designing the interior of this 2 bed apartment, overlooking the Thames, for a high end let.
To make this rental property stand out from the rest in a competitive market, a glamorous inspirational interior was created, with an injection of style by luxurious finishes and a sophisticated neutral palette. As the apartment was ‘in the eaves’, the rooms were a little dark – hence using soft colours helped transform the space to a restful, calm one with a cocooning feel.
This property had the added advantage of a fantastic atrium room which led out onto a wrap around balcony overlooking the Thames – perfect for watching life on the river go by!
The end results maximised rental return and the property was let within days!
