Oakside marks an exciting time for Hexagon. The 13 unit scheme of 3 & 4 bed family homes will be a mix of outright sale and affordable rent. It’s Hexagons 1st outright sale scheme in some time and marks the beginning of a new direction.
With the additional sale exposure comes the reward of the surplus’ but with obvious risk too. We will be working hard to mitigate these risks.
